ON-SITE REGISTRATION: Pre-registered conference attendees may pick up their conference materials during registration hours. On-site registrants may complete the registration process during the following registration hours:
Thursday, October 22, 2009 — 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: The cut-off date for symposium registration cancellation is September 17, 2009. All cancellations must be received in writing and postmarked by that date. Full registration less a $75 processing fee will be refunded only to cancellations received before the above date. No refunds will be issued after September 17, 2009, no exceptions. Registrations are transferable at any time. |
